Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your registered mobile number, profile information, saved preferences, trivia history, and device tokens will be permanently erased and cannot be restored.
1 Application & Developer Information
In compliance with the Google Play User Data & Account Deletion Policy, this page provides complete instructions on how registered users can delete their account and associated data from the DpBOSS 567 mobile application.
2 Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you currently have the DpBOSS 567 application installed on your Android device, you can delete your account instantly through self-service:
Open DpBOSS 567 & Sign In
Launch the application on your Android phone and log in to your account.
Navigate to Profile / Settings
Tap your profile icon or open the side drawer menu and tap on Profile / Account Settings.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap the red Delete Account & Data button.
Verify Identity (Password or OTP)
Enter your 6-digit password or request a 4-digit SMS OTP to verify ownership.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Confirm Permanent Deletion. Your account session will terminate immediately and your data will be purged.
3 Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your phone, you can submit a manual deletion request below. Our compliance team will process your request within 7 business days.
4 Data Retention & Purge Policy
The following table outlines what data is deleted upon processing and what data is temporarily retained for compliance with applicable laws:
